Alaska's Mt. Redoubt Erupts

After several weeks of tremors and steam, Alaska's Mount Redoubt volcano has erupted -- sending ashes more than 9 miles (15 km) into the sky.

The volcano -- located about 100 miles southwest of Anchorage -- had been showing signs of a pending eruption for about two months. So far Anchorage has been untouched by harmful volcanic ash. Jon Decker reports.
